We use reCAPTCHA v3 to ensure security and prevent misuse of our contact form.

Comments are messages or replies to messages usually associated with posts, like blog posts. We can be short about that, we don’t have that functionality, so no worries!

This is about pictures or other graphics that you may see on our website. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How do we keep your data save

Safety first, here is how we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All our data is stored on EU servers, where this is in our own hands. We also use Microsoft services, like M365 to store contact information. We refer to their policies, terms and conditions. 

WooCommerce and your data

Our webshop is powered by WooCommerce. When you place an order, WooCommerce collects and stores the information necessary to process your purchase, including: 

  • Contact details (name, email, phone) 
  • Billing and shipping address 
  • Order details (products purchased, order value) 
  • Payment information (handled securely by our payment provider — we do not store full payment details) 

We use this data to process your order, handle payment, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements). 

WooCommerce may also place functional cookies to enable your cart, checkout and account features. These cookies are essential for the webshop to work. 

Any third-party plugins used for payments, shipping or analytics are covered by data processing agreements and only receive the information necessary to perform their service.
