We live in FreeScout every day. Whenever it slows our team down, we build the fix as a proper module: tested, documented, and updated right from FreeScout's own module screen. Now we're sharing them with you.
Our story
We set out to host FreeScout for you. You didn't need us to.
Managed FreeScout started with a simple promise: we install it, host it, maintain it, you just answer your customers. Then something funny happened. The teams we talked to were perfectly capable of running FreeScout themselves. It's open source, it's light, and it runs happily on almost any server.
What they were missing were the little things, and a few big ones. Signing in with Microsoft 365. Getting a Teams ping when a customer writes. Turning a forwarded email into an internal note. Code blocks that don't break the layout.
So we turned the whole thing around. You run FreeScout. We make it better, one module at a time.

MFS Connect
FreeScout, right inside Microsoft Teams
Your agents open FreeScout as a Teams tab, are signed in with their Microsoft 365 account, and get a Teams notification that opens the right conversation. On desktop, in the browser, on their phone and in Outlook.
